New Wholesale Customers

If you are a consumer please  do not apply for a wholesale account as you will not be able to order wholesale and would be wasting your time filling out the request form. We verify all information and will not apporve accounts for consumers. To qualify to order wholesale you must either be a retailer or use our products in a professional practice. Retailers must have a Sales/Use Tax Resale Permit or Business License from their jurisdiction, and must fax or email a photocopy of license or permit to the Kool 'N Fit administration fax number or email address listed in the Wholesale Signup Form before access can be granted.

How To Apply

Click on the Apply Now link below to be taken to the Wholesale Signup form. Once you complete the sign up form and submit your application. Your application will be sent to the Kool 'N Fit Wholesale department for approval. Once approved you will receive an email from us stating your application was approved. You will then be able to use your login information assigned by our Wholesale department to access our products in the wholesale store.
